Chartfolio is a personal planning and visualization tool. Nothing in the app is investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance and model projections do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
The service
We provide software to help you track holdings you enter, project scenarios under assumptions you choose, and sync data to your account when cloud features are enabled. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You must keep your password confidential. You may delete your account as described in the app and Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain rights to data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate Chartfolio for you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Projections depend on your inputs and simplified models.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or investment outcomes arising from use of Chartfolio.
App Store purchases
The Chartfolio iOS app is free to download. Chartfolio Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold as an Apple In-App Purchase (display prices $2.99/month or $19.99/year unless Apple shows a local StoreKit price). Apple’s terms apply to that transaction. Cloud sync may still require a free account. The web app cannot charge; subscribe in the iOS app.
